Island catch meets Japanese technique in clean, focused flavors, ahi sliced for sashimi, yakitori kissed by the grill, Osaka‑style takoyaki, and miso butterfish. Bowls of kimama ramen carry a slow‑simmered broth, while the fryers turn out mochiko chicken karaage and popcorn shrimp with a satisfying crackle. It’s Japanese food shaped by the island and served with a welcoming, neighborhood-style spirit.
