Mura Izakaya
About us
Tucked inside the Village, Mura feels like the neighborhood spot people hope to find when browsing South Kauaʻi restaurants. Lanterns glow against wood‑slat walls. Vintage prints and a kimono watch over lively tables. The bar shelves glint with sake, shochu, and whisky. Step in from the village walkway and the room settles into an easy rhythm, music low, voices warm, servers moving with unhurried grace.
We built the space for lingering.
Sit outside for the South Shore breeze or inside for the cozy hum.
Plates land in waves, glasses clink, and the night stretches without a clock.
